Toledo Police Patrolman’s Association serves the men and women who patrol and protect Toledo, OH. Toledo is the county seat of Lucas County and located in an area known as the Great Black Swamp. Toledo was incorporated in 1836, combined from what were originally two towns named Lawrence and Vistula. Modern day Toledo is full of exciting attractions, restaurants, shopping and outdoors destinations, and historical sites.
